Digital Artwork Proof & Spec Sheet

Our technical design team prepares a detailed visual proof document illustrating exact logo dimensions (in cm), Pantone color formulas, collar tape coordinates, and contrast stitching details for your signoff.

Physical Lab Dip & Showroom Swatch Approval

To eliminate any ambiguity, you are invited to our Quatre-Bornes display lounge to inspect physical fabric swatches, St. Malo lab dip dye cards, embroidery thread shade cards, and sample sizing garments.

Batch Manufacturing & 5-Stage QC

Upon order confirmation, your batch moves into precision cutting, stitching, and branding. Every single garment undergoes our 5-stage QC inspection: fabric grammage check, stitch tension audit, embroidery density verification, dimensional tolerance test, and thread trim finishing.

Individual Packaging & Islandwide Delivery

Finished apparel is steam-pressed, individually folded into eco-poly or IMAGO kraft bags, sorted by size and department, and delivered directly to your corporate premises anywhere across Mauritius.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard corporate orders start at a flexible 30 pcs per colour (with mixed sizes allowed) and 30 pcs per cut (Ladies or Unisex). For bespoke laboratory Pantone mill-dyeing, the minimum order is 150 pcs with any size combination.

What is the standard production lead time?

Standard delivery is typically 10 to 14 business days following sample/mockup signoff. Express rush orders can be arranged depending on fabric availability.

Can we supply our own garments for embroidery?

While we provide end-to-end garment manufacturing, we also offer custom embroidery and DTF branding services on client-supplied textiles subject to fabric evaluation.

Do you provide physical sizing sets for staff tryouts?

Yes! For corporate uniform rollouts, we provide a complete sample sizing kit (XS to 4XL) to your HR/procurement team so every staff member can confirm their exact size.
